The article reveals the problematic aspects of situation in which Ukrainian teachers found them connection with war Ukraine, who are an intellectual, emotional, and social "resource" for formation younger generation. Due to household, housing, financial technical difficulties, as well negative psychological conditions, not all can effectively implement their mission. This problem posed psychologists-scientists task researching readiness NUS professional activity conditions post-war period, particular, peculiarities development its communicative component.The author highlighted results research on component teacher New School activity. studied phenomenon is defined a set purely qualities person, his moral-communicative features, psychological-pedagogical skills, structure formed by communicative, empathic-reflective, moral-ethical, emotional-regulatory components. importance competence indicator emotional intelligence during war.
